This section contains recommendations for the compilation of film series on current, country-specific or even historical topics, based on experiences that FilmInitiativ has had with the presentation of the aforementioned films.

Who actually does the Africa Film Festival and who is behind the information under Filme-aus-Afrika website and the film database? Since 1992 FilmInitiativ presented the Africa Film Festival in Cologne, initially under the title "Beyond Europe".
