Denis Mukwege, a Congolese doctor, pastor and future Nobel Peace Prize laureate, meets Guy Cadière, a Belgian surgeon and atheist. Despite their differences, they are united by a common goal: to restore the bodies and dignity of thousands of women who have been abused as weapons of war in the east of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. At Panzi Hospital in Bukavu, the two men work in a safe environment with remarkable resilience.
